Two apartments equipped with every comfort just 400 meters from the beach of Marina di Campo, in a residential context with private parking space

We offer our guests two apartments both on the first floor, part of a recently renovated small building consisting of 4 units, centrally located in Marina di Campo. The location does not need much publicity, being the most famous and popular seaside resort on the island. The golden sandy beach 400 meters away is among the strong points, even if it is not the only one, given the numerous tourist services that this town offers. Despite the strong presence of establishments, there is no shortage of stretches of free beach, it is particularly suitable for families with children, given that the seabed slopes gently and is particularly sheltered from the wind, or for those who love comfort in general. You will be just 5 km from Cavoli and 9 km from Fetovaia.

Two-room apartment (approximately 40 m2) - 2/4 beds (+ free infant without bed)
Apartment made up of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and dining table, hallway, bathroom with shower cubicle, double bedroom, habitable terrace accessible only from the bedroom.

Three-room apartment (about 60 m2) - 4/6 beds (maximum 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age)
Apartment composed of hallway, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and dining table, habitable terrace.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- air conditioning with a fee, on request, 13 euros per day
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
