Portoferraio is the right meeting between flavour, history and style. It is the beating heart of the Island of Elba, a picturesque fishing village that opens towards the Gulf and stands between alleys and mighty fortresses between sea and sky. Our property is a one-of-a-kind proposal, located in the heart of the historic center, it manages to embody the authentic spirit that the town transmits, in a position close to the sea and all the conveniences of restaurants, clubs and boutiques. We remind guests that from June to September the area becomes pedestrian from 7.00 pm onwards.
You will be able to enjoy well-kept spaces embellished with unique details that create a welcoming atmosphere, a place that will become a refuge from your everyday life.

It is a three-room apartment spread over several levels. It has been restored with recycled materials, respecting its original shape. The two double bedrooms welcome you with comfort, while the well-equipped kitchen and the living room where you will find a double sofa bed are ideal spaces for entertaining friends and family or simply relaxing after a day spent outdoors.

On the lower floor there is the first double bedroom, spacious and bright, with a mezzanine leading to the private, elegant bathroom with built-in shower.
From the living room a large staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of young people)
- Animals are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
