We are near Procchio, 1.5 km from the beach, halfway with Marina di Campo, near the junction of the main artery that connects all the various villages, without giving up the relaxation of a quiet area. It is convenient for reaching both the seaside resorts of the north coast of Procchio and Paolina, and for those who want to travel along the Costa del Sole, in the west of the island.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Outdoor area equipped with table and chairs and outdoor courtyard with washing machine.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
