Apartment located in the wonderful town of Patresi in a unique panoramic position overlooking the sea, 800 meters from the Patresi cove. The village immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis is particularly loved by trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts, as its proximity to many paths and the sea, allows you to enjoy a relaxing but also sporting holiday. Not very busy, this wild beach offers tranquility and a crystalline sea, with a granite appearance, which can be reached via a path. The beach is equipped with a sunbed and umbrella rental service, and a bar/restaurant service. A jewel, on the Costa del Sole, from which to admire stupendous sunsets with the view of Capraia and the profile of Corsica on the horizon.

The apartment of approximately 70 m2 consists of a private entrance, recently renovated kitchen with dining room and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower cubicle but without bidet. Also available to guests is an outdoor area equipped for eating, with a light sea view, divided by a stand from the adjacent apartment.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 17.30 to 19.30 and check-out by 12.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
