Two-room apartment where you will find a living room with sofa, LCD TV and air-conditioning, kitchen separated by a sliding door with fridge, oven, bedroom with double bed + single bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment has a patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a small garden. Public parking nearby.

"Shark" - 4/6 beds
Three-room apartment on two levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen with fridge and oven; downstairs the are the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and bathroom. Air-conditioning in both rooms.
The apartment also has a washing machine, LCD TV, terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and garden. Public parking nearby.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (only for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed upon acceptance ONLY IN THE SMALL APT. PAUL (maximum 1 animal); a supplement of € 30 per week on cleaning will be required to be paid locally
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- air conditioning for a fee of € 10 per day
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
