Large and bright 2 bed-room apartment with double balcony in a strategic position in Portoferraio, with a wonderful view of the Gulf, a short distance from all services

Strategic position for those who want to visit various locations, without giving up the proximity of the best beaches of the Costa di Roccia Bianca; less than 1 km Le Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco or in the direction of the Costa Verde, a few km Prunini, Sansone and Viticcio. An area equipped with all services: supermarket, bars and pubs, takeaways and tobacconists. A short distance from the port, it is ideal for travelers without a vehicle, yet away from the chaos of the city centre. The capital of the island is a city of ancient origins, which retains the ancient Renaissance charm, where there are numerous glimpses where it is impossible not to be enraptured by the extraordinary beauty and uniqueness of the panoramas it offers. If you want to experience Elba at 360°, Portoferraio is certainly the right compromise.

The 80 m2 apartment is located in a condominium on the 5th floor of a building with lift, and consists of a living room with dining table and relaxation area with sofa and wall-mounted TV, which leads to the large balcony equipped with coffee table. Separate modern kitchen with access to a small internal balcony. Double bedroom, one of which with access to the balcony with sea view, bathroom with bidet and tub used as a shower. The apartment does not have a parking space but you can take advantage of free parking under the house. It does not have a washing machine but under the house you have a launderette open until late in the evening.

- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
