Procchio is the beach of a thousand colors: crystal clear water, a backdrop of golden sand and wonderful sunsets that color the sky with orange and pink tones!
We offer our guests a bright two-room apartment inside the Renée Residence in Procchio, with a wonderful open view over its Gulf. A structure immersed in a wonderful landscape of Mediterranean scrub, inside a private estate where there is a caretaker. You will feel pampered by the colors of the sea and the silence of nature. We are in the middle of the Golden Coast, where we remember there are many sandy coves that deserve to be visited and experienced: Procchio (1.5 km) enjoys two other wonderful natural extensions, well equipped with parking lots, the beautiful inlets of Guardiola (1 , 4 km) and Campo all'Aia (900 meters); the marvelous beaches of the Biodola Gulf (Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno 4.5 km away) are also a few km away.

Two-room apartment of 43 square meters located on the second and last floor of the first building of the fully fenced Residence with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Campo all'Aia and Procchio, it consists of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with induction, bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
