It is a spacious apartment of 60 sqm with a large outdoor eating  and rest area. It belongs to the "Capo d'Arco" complex, a green area set on the sea not far from the delightful village of Porto Azzurro.
Guests have free access to the beautiful and large landscaped pools of fresh and marine water, you can also rent for an extra fee chairs and umbrellas. Within the area there are restaurants, pizzeria, snack bar, tennis court and beach volleyball court, bazaars, WIFI areas.
For those who prefer the sea, the "Beach of the Crocodile" is just a few steps away,  a well equipped tiny sandy cove to sunbathe or dive from the low cliffs into a wonderful sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double with extra bed, the other with two single beds; a large living room with kitchenette, a sofa and a glass wall that connects to the garden with deck chairs, table and chairs in the shade of large pine trees.
Swimming pools and other services are open to the public from mid-June to mid-September.
In other periods they are closed.
