Small apartment near to the sea with private access to a delightful beach, quiet and beautiful in a panoramic position.

The villa was built during the mid-eighteen hundreds, from which three apartments have been obtained one being let in the summer season.The apartment is about 42 sqm in a scenic position, with an open area at the back and front, surrounded by a large green woodland area which takes you to the sea. It is possible to reach a small beach of fine pebbles and rocks from the apartment, using a private path of about 200 meters completely submerged in the cool mediterranean vegetation. At the end of the path there is a gate to access the beach. The apartment is divided into a sitting room with a sea view, a box sofa bed for 2, a double bedroom with a sea view, a bathroom with shower, a well equipped kitchen  with an adjoining beaded screen hosting a single bed. From the kitchen you can access an outside shady space with a table and chairs, if guests wish it is possible to relocate the table and chairs to the terrace with a sea view.
