In the same location, we also offer a second villa called Villino del Volterraio. We are in a place full of charm, mystery, history and breathtaking views. A very popular location for those seeking tranquility and hikers, do not miss the path to reach the Fortress that dominates this gulf, the oldest on the island, which rises as if by magic on a promontory 395 meters above sea level. . You will be comfortable both to reach the north side of the island, with the beaches of the white coast of Portoferraio, and the eastern side of the coast that shines, with the inlets that reach from Rio up to Cavo, and that of Capoliveri with its small coves. and its sandy beaches.

The house consists of entrance to living room with double sofa bed, 32 LCD TV with cabinet, small console with lamp and reading area, then bathroom with washing machine and shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Go through and arrive at the kitchen equipped with table and chairs and external courtyard with drying rack.
The outdoor area in front of the house is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase, where we find a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds as well as a small bathroom with shower and bidet.

The location of the house is ideal for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts, being 2 steps from Volterraio and its famous trails. The structure offers the possibility to bring your own bikes and store them in the garage available to customers. Also convenient for those traveling by motorbike, as they can leave it sheltered.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- air conditioning, subject to authorization by the owner, for a fee of € 10 per day (present in the two bedrooms, living room and kitchen)
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
