Welcome into the heart of our local culinary tradition, where Octopus reigns supreme. Our kiosk, “Granfia<\/strong>,” is born from the ancient story of the “polpai,” legendary figures who, with their carts full of octopuses, would roam and liven up the alleys of our villages, offering the delicious \u201cgranfia alla forchetta\u201d as a snack to passersby.
\nTheir offering was simple yet genuine: perfectly cooked octopus tentacles, skewered on a fork, served with a smile, and always accompanied by a small glass of wine and a story to tell.
\nBut what is “granfia”? The term “granfia,” which in local slang means “tentacle,” perfectly represents our signature dish and the concept around which our offering revolves.<\/p>\n

This tradition, deeply rooted in time, inspired us to create a place where we can relive those moments of togetherness and flavor. The legacy left to us has driven us to keep the flame of tradition alive, modernizing it for contemporary tastes without forgetting its origins.<\/p>\n
