Hydro, gas and electricity are generally included in the price, while the final cleaning services must be paid directly upon arrival to the facility.
Linens (towels and sheets) are generally not provided, but can be rented upon request, by paying a surcharge. Some structures foresee a surcharge for air conditioning.
Not all the facilities are pet-friendly, even if they welcome pets; notice must be given upon booking. Some facilities request a surcharge.

Upon request, you can insure your holiday against potential penalties in case of cancellation; the cost is approx. 5% of the insured amount, and we can assist you in getting an insurance.
Arrivals and departures
Check-out from the flats is usually from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and they must be vacated by 10 a.m.
Arrivals and departures generally take place on Saturday or Sunday.
The minimum stay in the flats is of one week, exceptions may be made in certain periods, upon request of the client.
Deposits and payment of balances
The name, complete address and tax code of the customer will be requested upon booking.
30% deposit must be issued within one week from booking.
The balance must be paid one month before arrival, and a regular travel agreement with voucher will be sent to you.
Some facilities foresee payment of the balance upon arrival.
Included/not included in the price
All utility bills (water, gas, and electricity) are included, while you must pay an extra fee for cleaning: according to the rental contract the fee can be paid prior to arriving (together with the balance) or directly on the spot. Bed linen and towels are (usually) not provided but you can hire them up to 1 week before your arrival by paying an extra charge. Please note that there could be an additional charge for air conditioning too.
