Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement
TUSCANY & ITALY HOLIDAYS S.R.L. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to goelba.com.
Compliance Status
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.
Inaccessible Content
The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004.
- Non-textual content: some functional images may not have a descriptive or sufficiently adequate alternative text;
- Minimum contrast: some texts or components may not meet the minimum color contrast ratio*;
- Visible focus: some buttons or elements may not have a sufficiently visible indicator when they receive keyboard focus**;
- Meaningful sequence: the order of some elements may be incorrect (e.g., logo and menu);
-
There may be links and/or buttons:
- that need to be better defined (e.g., discover more) in describing their purpose/destination;
- that use the same label but link to different destinations;
- without a label and/or descriptive text.
- There may be elements such as IFRAMEs without an identifying TITLE attribute;
- There are decorative videos (used as backgrounds) that cannot be easily paused;
- Some videos (e.g., video players from external providers) may not have subtitles and/or may not allow personalized insertion;
- The "datepicker" calendar tool, used for choosing the date for the "arrival" and "departure" inputs, does not have sufficient ARIA elements to make its functionality usable with assistive technology tools (TAB button navigation, screen reader, etc...);
- The carousels used to display image galleries may not be completely accessible and/or easily usable by users who use assistive technologies;
- NB: the real-time booking calendar, used on the individual property pages, may not be fully accessible, as it is not possible to navigate smoothly between the various elements (e.g., selecting arrival and departure dates) and lacks textual elements (ARIA) useful for defining their purpose more understandably. At the moment, it is not possible to make adjustments because the content has been generated by JS libraries developed by third parties (bookingcalendar.mainapps.com).
Reports of false positives detected by automatic tools:
During the technical analysis, some incorrect reports emerged from the automatic validator MAUVE++, including:
- Presumed problems with color contrast and/or focus on elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
- Presumed problems with visible focus on buttons or elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
These false positives have been documented and do not represent real critical issues for the site's accessibility.
These elements have been documented as part of the technical analysis supporting this statement. Any adjustment interventions will be evaluated and planned based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its willingness to progressively improve the site's accessibility and ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
