The apartment is located on the first floor from the main entrance, accessible via stairs, while the opposite side overlooks what is effectively a second floor thanks to the unique structure of the village, providing excellent natural light and pleasant views over the characteristic historic streets. The location is particularly strategic for sea lovers: the beaches of Pianotta and Rossa are just a few minutes’ walk away, while some of the island’s most beautiful coves, including Barbarossa, Reale, and Terra Nera, are nearby. Just a few kilometers away are the famous sandy beaches of the Capoliveri area, ideal for families with children, including Lido Beach located approximately 4 km away.

This one-bedroom apartment of approximately 45 sqm can accommodate up to 5 guests and is recommended for 4 adults or 3 adults with 2 children. The interiors are carefully designed down to the smallest detail, featuring colors inspired by the sea and the Mediterranean atmosphere of the island. The bright living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a large TV, and a modern kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, creating a functional and relaxing environment perfect after a day spent at the beach and enjoying the crystal-clear sea.

The sleeping area includes a cozy French bed separated by a curtain, a practical hallway with a single bed, and additional sleeping options in the living room, making the apartment an ideal solution for both couples and families holidaying on Elba Island.

Important notes: groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out must be completed by 9:00 AM; arrivals after 8:00 PM require an additional fee of €50. Small pets are allowed with an additional €30 cleaning fee. A mandatory security deposit of €150 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property.
