We are in Marciana Marina, the smallest municipality on Elba Island, yet also one of the most charming, rich in history, tradition, and natural beauty. Its pastel-colored houses, facing the seafront and weathered by time and sea spray, frame a picturesque little harbor filled with sailboats and fishing vessels, each telling stories of the sea and island life.
This enchanting village is one of the most beloved on the island, thanks to the Municipality’s ongoing commitment to organizing events and festivals, and the passion of local restaurateurs, who offer delicious dishes made with fresh seafood and authentic flavors.

During the summer, the area becomes a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the evening hours: for those arriving by car, both free and paid parking is available just outside the pedestrian area.

It’s the perfect base for those who love the sea and enjoy exploring by boat, choosing to stop at the tourist harbor of Marciana Marina. This is a truly special apartment, directly overlooking the harbor, offering genuine emotions and unforgettable memories of your Elba holiday. You’ll be just 60 meters from the Feniccia and Feniccetta beaches.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is arranged on a single level. It has been recently renovated and faces directly onto the seafront, in the charming harbor area. The interiors are bright and welcoming, designed to offer comfort and functionality.

The kitchen is spacious and modern, equipped with electric hobs, a dishwasher, and a convenient single bed integrated into the space. The bathroom includes a shower, and the bedroom, furnished in a contemporary style, features a large TV for relaxing moments.

The sea-view terrace is a special corner to fully enjoy, where the sky meets the sea on the horizon. It's the perfect spot to start the day with a harbor-view breakfast or unwind at sunset, lulled by the sea breeze.

Important Notes:
- Groups of Young People under 21 years old are not allowed
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM – Check-out: by 9:00 AM
- Late check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge
- Pets are not allowed
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00, refunded at the end of the stay after the property has been inspected (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM)
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not available for booking on site)
