Two-storey house with warm orange colors in the center of Marciana Marina, which will allow you to reach the sea in a few minutes on foot. The town's beach extends parallel to the seafront of the lively town, one of the most popular destinations on the island in the summer. The perfect destination for sea and nature lovers, the town is in a perfect position to satisfy everyone's needs. In addition to the famous beaches of the north-west coast, there is no shortage of wooded areas and panoramic points. A few kilometers away is the surprising Monte Capanne, where from its promontory you can admire all of Marciana Marina and its Gulf.

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults. (5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years old)
Access is from the ground floor, where you will find the kitchenette with dining table and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, accessible via a staircase, a bright living room with double sofa bed and coffee table, a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. The upper floor is completed by a second bathroom with tub, bidet and washing machine.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of children)
- small pets allowed
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure via a self-service procedure check-in or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed and bathroom linen, unless you have given the right notice for delivery to the apartment.
