Two-storey house surrounded by a small courtyard in the small town of Poggio, a quiet area away from confusion even in summer

Poggio is a small town under the summit of Monte Capanne at 350 m. s.l.m, panoramic point of the island, from which to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Between the villages of Poggio and Marciana there is the Romitorio of San Cerbone, surrounded and protected by a beautiful chestnut wood. An area rich in itineraries, it is ideal for trekking and nature lovers.

The house consist of an independent entrance with access to a corridor leading to the living room. Here we find a double sofa bed as well as an LCD TV.
The structure, also on the upper floor, has another room with a single sofa bed and a pull-out bed underneath with a high mattress to be a comfortable single or double bed, as well as a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment has a separate kitchen with table, chairs, gas burners. Complete the upper floor with a bathroom with shower.

Downstairs we find the second bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with chest of drawers and clothes stand.
The structure is completed by a small courtyard where we find an external box with washing machine. It does not have a parking space but nearby there are several non-paying car parks where you can leave your car.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- supplement of € 30.00 for the presence of pets, small pets allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in after 20.00: supplement of 50.00 euros
