We are in Pomonte, a charming fishing village that has retained its old-world charm, on the coast. The village is nestled in a mountainous area with steep cliffs and offers a quieter and less crowded alternative to other nearby golden sandy resorts (such as Cavoli at 7 km, Fetovaia at 3.5 km and Seccheto at 6.5 km).
Pomonte is also famous for its nearby wreck, the "Elviscot", which sank off the coast in 1972. The wreck is now a popular site for divers. The area is an ideal place for those who love nature, hiking and exploring the island's heavenly beaches.

On the lower floor of a charming detached house, which is accessed by going down a staircase that overlooks a beautiful paved space at the front of the accommodation that offers 4/6 beds for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by 2 children. The exterior is fenced and equipped with every comfort including an outdoor shower and a drying rack. Internally it measures 70 square meters and consists of a double bedroom (the main one with a small television), double bathroom complete with shower, toilet and bidet, large living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed with a large television. The property guarantees a private parking space, and a possible second parking space with a supplement to be agreed on site.

- rental for a maximum of 5 adults
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a supplement of €30.00 must be paid directly to the owner
- only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of €40.00 for cleaning (SUBJECT TO OWNERSHIP APPROVAL)
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels provided by the owner: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
