The accommodation is suitable for couples and is located in the heart of the medieval town with a panoramic terrace. Marciana is located in the hills about 15 minutes from Marciana Marina. It is a pedestrianized town and the house is located about 5 minutes on foot from the parking lot of the Pisan fortress.

The apartment, located in the medieval village of Marciana, has been completely renovated and consists of: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with wardrobe on the ground floor; living room with sofa bed and locker, panoramic terrace on the first floor. The terrace has a panoramic view of Mount Capanne and the Gulf of Marciana Marina. The kitchen is fully furnished and is equipped with an undercounter refrigerator, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven. 

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old 
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
