The accommodation is accessed via a staircase leading down from the street and is part of a property comprising two units. The three-room apartment, approximately 45 m², comprises a double bedroom with a window and a wall-mounted TV and a bright living area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a separate room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower and bidet.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large pergola-covered space surrounded by greenery, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation, with a barbecue/grill area available.
