The apartment is located in the heart of Marciana, a hilly municipality on the North West coast of the island. Marciana stands out from all the other towns with its green hills and its typical chestnut trees. Perfect destination for those who love exploring, trekking and forest paths. Don't miss the most beautiful panoramic view of the entire island, just a 5-minute drive from the apartment, on the top of Monte Capanne. Reach the cable car and enjoy the breathtaking view like you have never seen: before you are Corsica, the Tuscan archipelago and an entire stretch of coast.

Two-room apartment on two levels, can accommodate up to 5 people.
The entrance to the apartment takes place in the large and bright living room with double sofa bed, large LCD TV, dining table and a wonderful view of the green hills of the town. The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, fridge with freezer and oven. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
A comfortable spiral staircase connects the lower floor with the upper one, a harmonious open space with a double bed, a single bed and a service bathroom.

Important Notes:
- rental to groups of young people under the age of 21 is not permitted
- pets of all sizes are allowed with a €30.00 cleaning fee
- air conditioning on request with a supplement of €7.00 per day
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
