This property enjoys a privileged location, immersed in the tranquility and natural beauty of the Costa del Sole. Pomonte (beach 450 m away) is one of the most authentic and charming spots on the island, famous for its crystal-clear waters, perfect snorkeling conditions, and breathtaking sunsets that color the sea every evening.

The location offers guests a unique and evocative landscape, with a gravel and pebble beach featuring fantastic seabeds ideal for snorkeling, and smooth cliffs overlooking the sea, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing by the water, and enjoying spectacular sunsets with Corsica on the horizon. The surrounding area also offers panoramic trails and paths through the Mediterranean scrub, ideal for hiking and moments of relaxation. Nearby, you can find stunning beaches such as Fetovaia (10 km), Cavoli (12 km), and Seccheto (11 km). The area is also perfect for walks and excursions through the Mediterranean vegetation.

Four-room apartment, 4–6 beds, Sea View
The accommodation is part of a villa built on the rock, in a slightly elevated position, providing privacy and a pleasant panoramic view. Access is via a short climb with a few steps.

The interior spaces are spacious and well laid out: the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a room with two single beds that can be joined, ideal for adapting to guests’ needs. There is also a bright living room with two single beds.

The functional and well-organized kitchen opens directly onto a large covered terrace with sea view, the real highlight of the house, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing while enjoying the scenery.

The accommodation also includes a bathroom with a bathtub.

Important Notes:

• Pets: Four-legged friends are welcome! There is a €30 cleaning fee, and while they will try to behave, some mischief may happen.
• Bed and bath linen: The bed is ready… but without sheets! You can bring your own or rent linen for €20 per person (to be booked at least 7 days before arrival). If sleeping alone in a double bed, the cost will be for two people.
• Security deposit: €150, refundable at the end of the stay. Cash payment is preferred; refunds via card or bank transfer are possible but not guaranteed immediately.
• Late check-in: Arriving after 8:00 PM? There is a €50 surcharge, but the smile is included!
• Transport and rentals: We offer special rates on ferries, scooters, and cars exclusively for our guests, so you can explore the island without stress and without emptying your wallet.
• Groups under 21: We cannot host groups of younger guests to ensure fun without disturbing neighbors.
