The name perfectly reflects the sensations that our structure transmits, you will feel pampered by its refined interiors, by the harmony of the context in which it is inserted, lulled by the silence and the coolness of its slightly hilly position. Although it enjoys a unique view thanks to its panoramic position you will not have to give up the convenience of the beach: from the house a path with stairs starts that in 300 meters will take you to the beginning of the beach (3 minutes on foot). For those unfamiliar with the area, the Procchio beach is one of the largest and best equipped on the island. Loved by many for its sandy bottom and emerald-colored water, which with the winds from the south becomes a real swimming pool. Nearby there are many other wonderful coves: the intimate beach of Guardiola (2 km) Spartaia (1.5 km), Campo all'Aia (2 km), La Paolina (2 km).

The property is accessed from a private entrance closed by a gate. It is spread over an area of ​​170 square meters as well as large outdoor spaces of about 2000 square meters with pines and trunks that create a wonderful setting. The strong point of the structure are its large spaces used as a living area overlooking the Gulf. The house is accessed from a living room consisting of a relaxation area overlooking the sea with sofa and armchairs separated by a large dining area equipped with table and chairs. On the left, from the corridor, you can access an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and the sleeping area which consists of two double bedrooms (both with sea views) and a bedroom with two single beds. Second bathroom with small bathtub. Finally, on the front, the property is completed by a living room with large windows overlooking the sea and creating a bright environment, with a dining table, a coffee table with wooden armchairs and a 2-seater sofa, a sleeping area with two single mattresses joined together and a kitchen. with small refrigerator, induction plate and small dishwasher (this area can become independent and autonomous). From this room you can access the third bathroom with a large walk-in shower. From the property starts a staircase that will take you in 1 and a half minutes to the main road, where you will find the entrance to the beach, the property is 300 meters from it.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 28 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- in the periods of very low season it is possible to use the heating through electric plates in every room and pellet stove in a central position (the pellet is charged to the customers)
- small / medium-sized pets allowed always on request, supplement of € 30 to be paid locally on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
