The apartment is located in the central area of ​​Porto Azzurro, one of the most beautiful locations on the Island of Elba, thirty meters from Piazza Matteotti, the main square facing the sea. It is located on the third floor of a historic building from the 17th century and has recently been renovated. It is ideal for families, offers well-kept spaces and is located directly in the center of shops, shops and services of all kinds. The Rossa and Pianotta beaches can be reached in a few steps on foot, while nearby you can still reach the various locations that this stretch of coast offers: Barbarossa, Terra Nera, Reale or its cousin Lido di Capoliveri just a few km away. Relaxing but fun at the same time, it is one of the few places on the island able to satisfy all tastes.

Internally it is bright, offers large spaces and is furnished with style and equipped with every comfort. The living area is an open space where there is a living room with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a main double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower cabin and closet with washing machine.

- check-in from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid

- only small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation
