Very cozy 50 Sq.m apartment on the ground floor of a semi-detached house of the residence "Baia Fiorita”. The beach of "Barbarossa" is only a few minutes walk away, while Porto Azzurro is less than 1.4 km from here.
The pergola and the garden allow guests  to eat outside and completely relax enjoying the peacefulness  that only a residential  area can provide, away from the summer chaos, but still close to the sea and to a particularly beautiful and lively tourist center.  Free access to the small condominium swimming pool
Well kept and tastefully furnished it is composed of:
- Living room with a large window overlooking the porch and garden with gazebo and        armchairs, kitchenette that can be separated from the sleeping area with sofa bed by a    separé mobile.
- Double bedroom with a third extra bed and an independent entrance
- Bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed
- breakfast allowed to a maximum number of 6 people
- animals not allowed
- deposit (compulsory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 3 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 must be paid

Information regarding check-in is sent to the client 48 hours before arrival, for any needs you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property normally the key pickup takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio.
