A large two-storey house in a quiet and peaceful area with large green park around it near the seaside village of Porto Azzurro.  

Two spacious apartments created from a beautiful manor house near Porto Azzurro, in a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by a large park with Mediterranean vegetation and  tall trees that create a micro climate, cool in summer and warm in winter. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area for dining “al fresco” in the country. The nearest beach is Barbarossa which is located 1 km from the house and is a 12-minute walk away. Pets are allowed on request.

One bed-room apartment B on the ground floor - 2/4 beds
This 60 sq m apartment has been recently refurbished with a double bedroom with recently installed ceiling fan,  living room with a queen size sofa bed  and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchen leads to a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Bathroom with shower.

Apartment A First Floor - 6 beds + 1 
This large apartment of 85 square meters is accessed by a covered outdoor staircase and consists of 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one service). The kitchen leads to a large covered terrace with a porch and is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Upon request (at least 7 days in advance) it is possible to add a foldable bed with a fee of 70 euros for the week.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with prior authorization from the property, with a supplement on cleaning to be paid locally of € 30.00
- air conditioning only in the 2-room apartment with a supplement of €10 per day
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
