Comfortable and bright 2 bed-room apartment in a residential complex near the famous and renowned Barbarossa beach. For a holiday in Porto Azzurro you couldn't ask for better! The area is immersed in the colors of the Mediterranean maquis, ideal for lovers of nature, trekking and bike excursions; the nearby beach is both free and equipped, never too crowded despite being one of the most famous coves on the side, it offers a crystal clear sea, a beach of sand mixed with fine gravel, and a wonderful panoramic walk that leads to Forte San Giacomo. The town center is just over a km away, and is one of the most popular and touristic towns on the island, with its sailor village full of clubs, events and panoramic views, it satisfies everyone. From the property you can reach the town center and the two small beaches that surround it in 2 km via the provincial road: "la Rossa" and "Pianotta"; while through the Travaglio road (illuminated), which runs along the beach, in 10 minutes on foot you can reach the central square.

65 m2 apartment, free on 3 sides, consists of a wonderful living room with modern kitchen, dining area and relaxation area with armchairs. The sleeping area is divided into two double bedrooms. At guests' disposal a recently renovated bathroom with shower. The accommodation is completed by a large terrace equipped with both a relaxation area and a table for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- the air conditioning that you see in the photo is not usable
- check-in in our offices in Mola from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 250 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
