Apartment in the village of Procchio just 250 meters from the sea and the centre.  

The "Via del mare" is located in Procchio, a small village, where there is one of the longest white sand beaches on the island, about one kilometre. Procchio is a very beautiful and strategic area for visiting more areas of the Elba area, also perfect for families.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building and has: a complete kitchen, a living room with a single sofa bed and a pull-out one, a double bedroom and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle. There is also a small terrace with table and chairs.

The property is on two levels with independent entrance and gate; on the ground floor we find a small garden equipped for outdoor dining and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and sink; going along an internal staircase we arrive at the first floor where we find the apartment, consisting of a corridor, large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; a bedroom with two single beds (joinable) with an exclusive bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle; a double bedroom; another bathroom also equipped with a shower in the apartment; large terrace overlooking the sea.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- rental for a maximum of 4 persons
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euro; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid
