Apartment in a panoramic position in the municipality of Rio Elba, ideal for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. At the same time, it offers the opportunity to enrich oneself culturally and to go for walks, an area known for its iron mines dating back to the Etruscan era, a great variety exhibited in the local Archaeological Civic Museum a few meters from the apartment. You will be able to easily visit all the beaches of the Costa che Brilla. You will be 6 km from Ortano, 7 km from Bagnaia and Rio Marina on the opposite side.

The apartment can be reached via a condominium staircase. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette and a French door that leads to a small terrace overlooking the sea. A small hallway, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with double window. The opposite openings ensure good ventilation even in summer. There is no parking but the apartment is near the sports field and there is parking which is not easy to pay for.

- Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; Check-in after 8 p.m. has a supplement of €50.00
- small pets allowed with an extra charge of €30 for cleaning (CATS are not allowed)
- Deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
