Located on the first floor, this delightful 50 m² apartment offers well-designed and comfortable spaces. The entrance opens onto a spacious, fully equipped kitchen – perfect for preparing meals independently. The living area is separate and features a sofa and a TV unit, ideal for relaxing moments.
The sleeping area includes a bright double bedroom and a second small bedroom with a single bed, perfect for children or guests. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower cubicle and bidet.

Security deposit (mandatory): €200, refunded at the end of the stay after property inspection (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM)
