The beach is a few hundred meters away, a sloping path, and consists of a small pebble beach, very nice with the possibility of both free and equipped beach. The area is recommended to those who want a less crowded and quieter location. The seabed slopes gently therefore also suitable for small children. This side is very wild, there are no nearby centers but only uncontaminated nature. The beach is equipped, and you will also find a restaurant and a bar. At sunset, the sky lights up and offers a unique panorama of its kind! At 4 km you can reach the nearby Nisportino, or at 5 km the wonderful Gulf of Bagnaia.

Internally it consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom complete with shower and bidet. It offers large outdoor spaces, a large porch equipped for eating with a sea view and is surrounded by a completely fenced garden.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years (for groups of young people)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
