The modern one-bedroom apartment Oasi, offers 60 square meters of bright, well-maintained space with an increbile sea view that will accompany your vacation days in the island's oldest village, that of Rio Elba. The town recalls its medieval essence, with its narrow alleys and stairways opening onto breathtaking views. 
For lovers of outdoor activities, the route to the island's oldest fortification, Volterraio Castle, located on a hill over 390 meters high, is not to be missed and offers its visitors an unforgettable view. Exceptional at sunset.  
From here you can comfortably explore the northern side of the island, which hosts the famous white pebble beaches of Le Ghiaie, but especially the more rustic side of the island, which runs from Rio to Cavo, with its innumerable coves and viewpoints. 

The two-room apartment sleeps up to 2/4 people, for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. 
The apartment is accessed from a terrace with a coffee table. Inside you will have a bright living room with panoramic views with a sofa bed (comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children) and a TV, kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and bathroom with shower, washing machine and bidet. Both the bedroom and the living room enjoy air conditioning. 
Free unassigned parking spaces are available near the apartment where you can park conveniently if available.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9 a.m.; for check-in after 8 p.m. a surcharge of euro 50.00 must be paid
- small pets only allowed, with a surcharge on cleaning of € 30
- rental for maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00 hours)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot.
