Apartment with a amazing view of the Fetovaia beach, one of the most beautiful and renowned on the island, with white sand and crystal clear sea. Located in a very quiet and green area, it offers wonderful views of the various inlets and granite boulders of Monte Capanne behind it.
The property consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed for one person, a double bedroom with an added single bed and a bathroom with shower. Also available to our guests is a large terrace covered by a porch, equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors, directly overlooking the sea.

Important Information:
- It is allowed to rent to people with pets of any size, on request with a supplement of 30 €
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- check-in in our Office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
