Cotoncello is a tiny beach and delightful, despite of its size.. The 60 sqm.apartment + terrace, is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach overlooking a panoramic view and the 10sqm terrace is  equipped for outdoor dining,  from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. 
The interior is made up of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed  adjoining small terrace, plus a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. Key collection normally takes place at the property. If this is not possible, it will be carried out at our offices in Portoferraio.
