Lodge (Sleeps 2–4: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) This cozy two-room apartment sleeping 2 to 4 guests (perfect for 3 adults or families with two children) is the ideal solution for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable seaside holiday. Accessible by climbing two flights of stairs, the apartment opens onto a splendid covered terrace with a direct sea view—a private space to dine outdoors and admire spectacular sunsets. The interior, thoughtfully maintained and used directly by the owners to ensure maximum functionality, features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine) and a comfortable double sofa bed. The property is completed by a double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with a bidet, offering a practical stay equipped with every amenity and surrounded by a unique panorama.

MiniLodge (2 adults + 1 child) This cozy small sea-view apartment is a little hideaway immersed in the greenery of a lush terraced forest—perfect for those looking for a holiday in contact with nature and total tranquility. The interior features a bright, well-organized living area with an equipped kitchen, wall-mounted TV, inverter air conditioning, and flexible sleeping options such as a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed. The charismatic stone bathroom, complete with a window, shower, and bidet, adds an authentic and functional touch to the space. Outside, a private furnished walkthrough area with a small table and a panoramic sea view invites you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, enhanced by a convenient cold-water outdoor shower to refresh yourself on hot summer days.

Minimum age for check-in: 21 years old (applies to groups of young adults; families are welcome).

Check-in at our offices from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out by 12:00 PM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, a €50.00 surcharge applies.

Pets allowed with a cleaning surcharge of €30.00.

Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00 in the minilodge and€ 200.00 in the lodge. It will be refunded within a few days after the end of your stay. We recommend paying in cash—returned immediately on site if departing after 3:00 PM (allowing time for cleaning)—or via bank transfer.

Bed linen and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Must be requested prior to arrival.
