Important Notes:

• Minimum age for check-in: 21 years (If you are a group of young people, the house only accepts guests aged 21 and over. Growing up has its advantages.)
• Check-in at our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a €50.00 surcharge applies.
• Pets allowed (small/medium size) with an additional €30.00 cleaning fee.
• Security deposit (mandatory): €250.00; A gesture of mutual trust: it will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay. We recommend payment in cash, which takes place if departure is after 3:00 pm (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
• Bed linen and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Must be requested before arrival.
