Comfortable and bright four-room apartment for 7 adults or 6 adults + 2 children, in a position very close to the Porto Azzurro seafront but quiet and with private parking space

Known for its picturesque location, Porto Azzurro combines natural beauty, history and a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere, making it an ideal holiday destination for groups of friends or families. As you would expect from a Mediterranean island, Porto Azzurro offers excellent seafood, fresh local produce and classic Tuscan dishes. Enjoy local specialities in the trattorias and restaurants along the seafront, which comes alive in the summer thanks to the many events that the municipality organizes. The town boasts numerous hiking trails, from here many boat trips depart around the island to discover hidden beaches and secluded coves; in addition to the most famous beaches of the town such as La Rossa (450 meters from the accommodation), Barbarossa, Reale and Terra Nera.

Our apartment is very spacious and it is located on the first floor, in fact it offers 8 beds in total and hosts a maximum of 7 adults or 6 adults accompanied by two children. There are 3 bedrooms, all double, and two bathrooms with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one and a half people, the property is completed by a well-equipped kitchenette and two balconies, one of which is equipped with a table for 2 people.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of young people)
- the rental must be for 8 people, maximum 7 adults or 6 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed and bath linens: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
