We offer a charming holiday apartment located on the first floor of a quiet residential building (no lift), ideal for families or couples seeking comfort and convenience.

The property features two entrances: a pedestrian access and a driveway with an automatic gate and remote control. A reserved parking space (third from the entrance) is included.

Located in Porto Azzurro on the eastern coast of the island, the village is well known for its picturesque harbour, colourful buildings and beautiful beaches. With origins dating back to Roman times, it has long been one of the island’s main ports.

The apartment is a practical and comfortable solution for an independent holiday, thanks to its equipped outdoor spaces and private parking.

The entrance opens onto a bright air-conditioned living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and dining table for six. A French door leads to the balcony, which is also connected to the single bedroom.
The separate kitchen (installed in 2026) is compact yet well organised, featuring a large refrigerator, gas hob and dining table for four.

The sleeping area, accessed via a hallway, includes:

• single bedroom with bed, wardrobe and terrace access;
• recently renovated windowed bathroom with bidet, large shower and wall heater above the door, suitable also for low-season stays;
• spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and access to the south-facing terrace.

The larger south-facing terrace is equipped with table, outdoor chairs and sun awning, perfect for outdoor dining. A washing machine is also available in a private corner.

• Minimum check-in age: 21 years (for groups of young guests)
• Check-in at our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm; check-out by 9:00 am. Late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 surcharge
• Pets allowed with €30 supplement
• Security deposit: €200, refunded after property inspection (if paid in cash, refund not before 3:00 pm)
• Bed and bath linen: €20 single set, €40 double set (also for single use)

Check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival. For assistance, please contact our customer service. Key collection usually takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio, depending on seasonal opening periods.
