Set within an elegant residential complex, it has been recently renovated and furnished in a modern and refined style, offering well-kept interiors equipped with every comfort.

A modern and welcoming apartment, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Located on the first floor (one flight of stairs above the raised ground floor), it is arranged over two levels. The spaces are bright and functional, with air-conditioned rooms designed to ensure maximum comfort.
The first level features an airy living room with dining area, double sofa bed, and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom without shower with washing machine.
The second mezzanine level, accessible by staircase, includes a double bedroom and single bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a complete bathroom with shower box and bidet. 

Important notes

– Minimum age: 25 years. Groups of young people are accepted only from 23 years of age. Growing up has its advantages.
– Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
– Pets not allowed.
– Mandatory security deposit: €250.00.

Linen is not included in the stay and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or guests may bring their own.

Security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be returned at departure if scheduled after 3:00 pm (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Credit card payment is also possible; however, release times depend on the procedures of the banking circuit used.

– Check-in at our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, check-out by 9:00 am. A supplement of €50.00 applies for check-in after 8:00 pm.
