The apartment, about 40 sqm, features a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Outside, guests can enjoy a small private courtyard perfect for dining al fresco.

Within a short distance you can reach some of the island’s most beautiful beaches: Barbarossa Beach (1 km), Terranera Beach (3.6 km), Capo d’Arco Beach (6 km), Naregno Beach (5.8 km), and the nearby La Pianotta Beach, just 500 meters away.

Late check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an extra fee of €50.00.
Small pets are allowed, with an extra charge of €5.00 per night per pet (maximum €30.00).
A mandatory security deposit of €200.00 is required and refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 5:00 PM). Bed and bath linen are available for €20.00 per person and must be requested at the time of booking.
