All apartments are located facing the swimming pool and provide easy access to the common areas. The only exceptions are the Villa Borgo ai Pini, located approximately 100 meters from the pool and reachable via a paved uphill road, and the Villetta Borgo ai Pini, situated about 350 meters from the pool.

Villa Borgo ai Pini is also the only accommodation with two reserved parking spaces.

The apartments Borgo 29, Borgo 36, and Borgo 43 through Borgo 50 are located on the first floor and feature a balcony, while all other apartments are situated on the ground floor.

Regarding sleeping arrangements, Borgo 50, Borgo 47, and Borgo 46 feature one double bed, one double sofa bed, and one single sofa bed. Borgo 49 offers one double bed and two single beds. Borgo 48 and Borgo 45 include one double bed made up of two joined single beds and two single beds. Borgo 43 features one double bed made up of two joined single beds, one double sofa bed, and one single sofa bed.

All other apartments offer one double bed made up of two joined single beds, two single beds, and one rollaway bed.

Located approximately 100 meters from the swimming pool in a cool yet sunny position, the Villetta is arranged over two levels connected by an internal staircase, ensuring privacy and comfort for both families and couples traveling together.
The ground floor features a living room with kitchenette and two single sofa beds, along with a bathroom with shower. The upper floor, characterized by exposed wooden beams, includes a second kitchen, a double bedroom (with two joined single beds), and a second bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:

- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.
 Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:30, and check-out is by 09:00. For check-ins after 20:00, there is an additional charge of €50.00.
 Pets are allowed only if small/medium-sized, with an additional cleaning fee of €30.00.
- A security deposit (mandatory) of €200.00 is required, refundable at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for on-site booking.
