Detached house with a big terrace overlooking the seaside, at just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Porto Azzurro 

The house is located just before the centre of the village of Porto Azzurro, convenient because the center and the sea can be reached on foot in a few steps.

The interior of 85 square meters, consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 guest bathroom with shower, 1 living room with sofa bed (double or twin beds), a kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside, a large terrace, equipped with a table for outdoor dining, overlooks the village and the sea. The house derives from the restoration of one of the oldest, historical buildings of the village, it is immediately close to the centre (above the cliff and in front of the sea), right beside the main road to Porto Azzurro. Therefore, even if the road is not a metropolitan artery, we do not recommend this house at those who can not stand the traffic noise. In front of the gate you can park your car; please be aware that, when leaving the car park, it is necessary that someone indicates the right moment to get on the road.
