Cozy villa surrounded by nature just outside Porto Azzurro, simple and comfortable, makes tranquility and outdoor space its strengths

The 80 sq.m house is located in a quiet, leafy area  and is less than 15 minutes from Barbarossa beach easily reached by a pleasant walk. It is very convenient for its proximity to the lovely small seaside village of Porto Azzurro, where you can find everything you need for your holiday as well as numerous good restaurants and pizzerias.
The house is well maintained and in working order with so much outdoor space, including a large veranda for outdoor dining and a porch where you can be lulled by the silence of the Mediterranean countryside.

The interior is comfortable and well organised, the living room with a sofa bed on one side overlooks the large veranda and the other on the porch; the kitchen is well equipped; a double bedroom and a room with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
