Strategically located only 30 meters away from the lovely, gradual sloping sandy beach “il Forno”, Casa Marchini is a self-contained small villa (70 sq. m.) with plenty of outdoor space (800 sq. m.) and a private car park, which is a great added bonus in such a position. Ideal to unwind, relax and enjoy stunning sea views, this family-friendly accommodation can sleep up to 6 people and has a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with access to a covered panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Interiors are simple but comfortable, and views are really something. Needless to say, you will hardly ever see such an unforgettable sunset: the gulf of Procchio and the summit of mount Capanne will unfold at the same time before your eyes.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small medium / size pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on the final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros

Bed linen and towels
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, will be returned at the time of departure if after 3:00 pm (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
