The cottage of about 90 square meters is all on the first floor and consists of: a bright living room with dining area and kitchenette; a bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed, new and high mattress, a bathroom with shower box, a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub In addition there is a veranda with table and chairs for relaxation and outdoor dining. Excellent value for money.

Security deposit

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on the opening periods.

This facility provides a maximum weekly water consumption corresponding to 5 cubic meters, exceeded this threshold the customer is required to pay an extra charge of € 5 per cubic meter consumed more. The control will be carried out by our housekeeping staff, the customer can request at check-in photos of the meter reading upon arrival
