Semi-detached villa within the estate, consisting of equipped kitchen, large living room, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds plus one pull-out, bathroom with shower, outdoor area equipped with gazebo and outdoor furniture.

Villetta le Sughere - 4 people
Independent villa within the estate, with patio equipped for outdoor dining, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, large living room.

- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed

- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euro; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 3 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid
