villas Villa Capo Perla

“Capo Perla” a recently built elegant villa of 450 sqm in a beautiful position, surrounded by 2000 sqm of mediterranean vegetation, with a breathtaking  view of the sea. 

The villa is in a quiet area but not isolated, just 1 km from the sandy beach of Straccoligno and 5 minutes from the pretty towns of  Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. The swimming pool (14x4mt) is facing the sea surrounded by wooden flooring, sunbeds and chairs. 
Two covered terraces situated on the upper part of the Villa, overlooks the eastern part of the Island and sea,in this area there is a solarium and everything you need to relax.
The Villa is developed on two levels and can host 12  people comfortably, divided into 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms,plus 6 people in extra beds. There are also two guest bathrooms.
The first floor consist of a large bright day area with a fireplace which faces two spectacular porches were it is possible to eat outside, conveniently near to the kitchen. The other porch is to the side of the lounge, both porches having a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. The upper floor has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed and a double bed, it is separated from the living room by a darkening curtain, adjoining bathroom; an additional bathroom is at the upper floor (living room). To access the ground floor and the swimming pool, there is an internal staircase. On this floor there are 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, a fitness area which faces the swimming pool,a bathroom and a laundry room.
