Enchanting villa, completely independent, arranged all on one floor, immersed in a park of 4000 m2, and surrounded by fragrant aromatic plants that enrich the surroundings, guaranteeing a holiday of well-being and tranquillity. You will be 800 meters from the beach of Straccoligno (a slightly steep footpath is also available which takes you to the beach in 10 minutes), a sandy shore equipped with all services, a corner of paradise for lovers of less crowded but easily accessible places . Here we witnessed the amazing hatching of turtle eggs among the bathers. A unique natural and landscape context, perfect for those who love snorkelling or underwater fishing. Nearby, don't miss the various inlets along the coast: Liscolino and Capo Perla, Ferrato, Malpasso, Calanova, Istia and Buzzancone.

The Villa is free on 4 sides, was recently built (2015) and is furnished in a modern style, harmoniously inserted in the greenery of a still intact nature, among Mediterranean scrub, olive trees and aromatic plants. It consists of a large living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with French bed, double bedroom with bunk beds and triple bedroom with three single beds. There are two internal bathrooms, an external shower with hot water, a laundry room with an external toilet. The bedrooms and the living room, with the exception of the room with bunk beds, are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In front of the villa there is a large paved space, ideal for dining and staying outdoors, with a large porch facing west, and a small outdoor kitchen and table for up to 12 people.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 25 years (applied to groups of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 17.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed on request, with a supplement of € 30 on final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros

Bed linen and towelS
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, will be returned at the time of departure if after 3:00 pm (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
