The villa is located just 600 metres from Lacona Beach, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches on Elba Island, renowned for its long stretch of golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and excellent facilities. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beach clubs, and a wide range of activities, including sailing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and kayaking. Its strategic location also allows you to easily explore the island's most beautiful beaches and charming villages, all surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.

This holiday villa in Lacona accommodates up to 12 guests and is arranged over two floors. It is surrounded by a large, fully fenced private garden of 2,500 square metres, providing the perfect setting to relax in complete privacy and enjoy pleasant outdoor moments.

The interior features a bright living area with a fully equipped modern induction kitchen, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The sleeping area includes four double bedrooms and a charming mezzanine with an additional double bed and two single beds, for a total capacity of 12 guests.

The villa offers two indoor bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal after a day at the beach.

The outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of your holiday, featuring a large pergola equipped for al fresco lunches and dinners, a built-in barbecue, and a spacious garden that ensures comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a wine cooler, a key-operated safe, access via a digital lock or traditional key, and a fully fenced private parking area with space for four cars.

Important Notes:

Groups of guests under 30 years of age are not permitted.

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and check-out must be completed by 9:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm are subject to a €30 surcharge.

Small pets are welcome for an additional €30 cleaning fee.

Security deposit (mandatory): €800, refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property. If paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 pm.

Bed linen and towels: €40 per double set (also for single occupancy) and €20 per single set. These must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added on arrival.

House Rules:

In the event of bad weather, guests are kindly requested to remove the cushions from the outdoor garden furniture to prevent damage.

If the outdoor barbecue is used, it must be cleaned after each use. Otherwise, €50 will be deducted from the security deposit.
