Located in a suggestive area, surrounded by greenery and at the same time a few minutes walk from the sea and the beach of Norsi, one of the strong points of the villa is certainly the large well-kept garden, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the comfortable deck chairs available. The exterior is also enriched by a large loggia equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco. Inside, the structure features new and modern furnishings, offering maximum comfort to guests. A large and bright living room with a beautiful window gives direct access to the porch and the garden. The villa is also equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms, both with shower, and three bedrooms, two double and one with two bunk beds, for a total of 8 beds. Certainly suitable to satisfy even the most demanding customers, the single-family house is perfect for families and for those who want privacy and tranquility even on vacation.
The mezzanine part is not available to guests.

Important Notes:
- The rental of the apartment must take place for a maximum of 8 people
- Groups of guys under the age of 28 are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30 (other sizes on request)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
